37th Filmwinter - Festival for Expanded Media

Under the motto "Be water, my friend," a well-known quote from martial arts superstar Bruce Lee, the year 2024 kicks off in Stuttgart with the 37th Filmwinter Festival!
With water as the connecting element for the cracks in our society, Filmwinter offers a space for exchange and the presentation of prototypes of new societal images. For the third time, the organizers of Filmwinter are cooperating with the House for Film and Media, presenting the talents' encounters series together on 19.01.24:
Our four university members Akademie Schloss Solitude, Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, Hochschule der Medien (HdM), and Merz Akademie give a taste of the wide spectrum of young film and media creators with the jointly selected and diverse works of their students.
