The construction works for the House of Film and Media (HFM) officially started on March 4, 2024!
With the deconstruction of the Breuninger parking garage in the Leonhardsviertel, the area for our project is being created, marking the first step towards its realization by 2027. In parallel with the HFM, the new Breuninger Mobility Hub is also being developed on the other half of this site.
